As of Nov 10 the project is set to be awarded on Nov 15, 2022 Board Meeting. The Russellville Electric Board, a municipal corporation, is hereby approving to advertise for the solicitation of bids for the construction of the following described structure/building. An equipment and truck storage building to be erected on the southeast corner of the Electric Warehouse lay down yard (description and/or location of the construction site to be provided by the Russellville Electric Board). 1.Dimensions of the erected building will be 40' X 100' X 16' and the construction will include the following items/conditions: a. Sitework/Ground prepwork so that the west end of said building will be at least 10" above the existing ground level b. A 6" slab with reinforced footings around the perimeter with a 20' concrete apron poured across the front of the building c. A 2" on 12" roof pitch with a galvalume roof and colored sides and trim to match the existing buildings d. Insulation in the roof and walls with 8' liner panels around the interior walls e.12' X 14' insulated sectional doors with electric openers and remotes (Submit bid with 4 doors and with 5 doors) f. One 3' steel walk door g. Cleanup and removal of all debris All persons desiring to bid on this project must submit a sealed bid.
