The construction/restoration work (collectively the "Work") that requires management and delivery may consist of but not be limited to the following: a) Reinstallation of mechanical and plumbing systems using new materials. Salvaged materials are clean, labeled and stored on site for reuse if desired by the contractors. b) Alterations to and reinstallation of the fire suppression system as identified in the drawings and specifications. c) Reinstallation of electrical and data distribution systems using new materials. Salvaged materials are clean, labeled and stored on site for reuse if desired by the contractors. d) Supply and installation of ceiling work as identified in the drawings and specifications. e) Supply and installation of new flooring, walls and wall finishes as identified in the drawings and specifications. f) Installation of all materials to be as per the construction drawings and specifications. g) Installation of HVAC ductwork. New linear material may use. Salvaged materials are clean and stored on site for reuse if desired by the contractors. Reinstall existing fans as per mechanical design and FHA performance requirements. h) Installation of existing millwork and minor fitments and accessories such as blinds, shelving, monitors etc., including owner-supplied contractor installed fitments and furnishings and all backing, blocking and other required supports. i) Installation of all seismic restraints required per code. j) Mechanical work also includes the reinstallation of existing assorted fixtures such as, but not limited to, sinks, water closets, VAV's, and associated controls. k) Restoration of building envelope. l) Installation of telecommunication and fire alarm systems. m) Connection of systems and equipment to existing building services systems. n) Installation of owner supplied fixtures and equipment. o) Reinstallation of all existing kitchen equipment as per drawings and specifications. p) Reinstallation of all existing laundry equipment as per drawings and specifications.
