The project at Calypso Bay Waterpark involves demolishing and replacing offices, concessions, and restrooms, as well as installing new slide towers, redesigning the lazy river, introducing new interactive play structures, constructing a new teaching pool, and implementing innovative shade structures. These upgrades aim to provide patrons with a better recreational environment. As of November 18, 2025, this project is included in the Palm Beach County Fiscal Year 2025-2029 CIP and funding is allotted for FY2028 and FY 2029. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
