The New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to obtain quotes from vendors who provide commercial janitorial services in Comstock, New York. OVS will be operating a storage facility in Comstock, NY (Washington County). This facility will store untested Sexual Offense Evidence Collection Kits (SOECK) and Drug Facilitated Sexual Assault (DFSA) Kits. Areas to be cleaned (dust, mop, vacuum, etc.) include five office areas, two bathrooms, a break room and common areas. The building is 10,856 sq. ft. and includes carpeted and tiled rooms. For more details, refer to the "Janitorial Services" document. Please reply to this message with a brief description of your company and the services that it offers that pertain to our janitorial needs and answers to the questions below. OVS requests that vendors respond to all questions. If a question cannot be answered, provide a brief explanation as to why the question cannot be answered.
