You are invited to submit a quotation to supply Huntsville Utilities with a dewatering pump listed on the enclosed Attachment A (Pricing Sheet). Your pricing proposal must be submitted on the enclosed Attachment A (Pricing Sheet). Your Bid Proposal should include terms, availability, firm price and FOB delivery to the respective HU service area. HU reserves the right to consider alternative pricing proposals. Attachment B (Specifications) and Attachment C (HUs Purchase Order Terms and Conditions) are also included in the bid documents. Vendor specified terms or conditions which would preclude bid rejection will not be renegotiated after the bid opening. HU reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to evaluate and accept any bid, which in HUs sole opinion, offers the most acceptable services to HU. Signed, dated, and sealed proposals will be accepted until the time and date specified above. The Bid shall be delivered in-person or by mail/courier to the address listed above. Proposals received after the bid opening time and date will be rejected. Proposals received via facsimile machine or telephone will be rejected.
