Please submit a bid for furnishing labor, materials, and equipment to provide RAW WATER INTAKE VACUUM PUMP REPLACEMENT, allowing for a 30 day cancellation notice by the City only, with the supplier making no claim for damages or additional compensation by reason of such cancellation. The prices for the services will be fixed. By submitting your bid you represent that you are familiar with any interpretations, clarifications and addenda that have been posted by the City.
