Sherwood ES - Prequalified Various Trades Vendors Only Questions Due Date: Sep 27th 2022, 5:30 PM CDT Disconnect the existing electrical and chilled water piping. _ Demo (including reclaiming the existing R-22 refrigerant) and haul away the old chiller. _ Provide (1) new 70-ton 208/230 volt- 3 phase air cooled chiller. (For Reference: Current Chiller is a Carrier Model # 30GTN070-E-520KJ ) _ Deliver the new chiller to the job site. _ Provide the rigging needed and set the new chiller. _ Provide and install a new outdoor rated disconnect. _ Modify the existing chilled water piping to connect to the new chiller. _ Install new flow switches and/or sensors pertaining to the chiller. _ Insulate the new chilled water piping. _ Bring the chiller online and check operation.
