**As of October 20, 2022 this project has been awarded. Property located at 211 West Cubb Road and 480 Julis Hill Road was awarded to Clark Brothers Construction (Kevin Clark) with total amount of $307,000 and property located at 632 Bethal Palk Road was awarded to Clark Construction (David Clark) with bid amount of $153,400.** **As of October 13, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Jackson County will receive sealed bids for the reconstruction of three single-family housing units including one stick-built home and two double wide manufactured homes through the FY 2021 THDA HOME Housing Rehab Program. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended if bid price exceeds $25,000. Contractors will be required to comply with all Federal, State & Local regulations & licensing laws. Public Liability Insurance, Property Damage Insurance, and Workman's Compensation Insurance will be required.
