Reference number : 1646279 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-12 The Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks wishes to modernize the wastewater treatment system of the Baldwin-Coaticook government fish hatchery located at 2471 Chemin de Baldwin Mills-Barnston, Coaticook. This invitation to tender aims to award a construction contract for the modernization of the waste water treatment system of the fish farming station. The work covered by the plans and specifications consists mainly, without being limited to: the organization of the site, the replacement of a drum filter by a buffer tank including a pumping system, the diversion of a portion of cold water to a new heat exchanger, the installation of a continuous up-flow filtration treatment process, the creation of a coagulant (ferric sulfate) storage tank, a duplex dosing system for the management of coagulant in the tank and dosing to the treatment system, commissioning of systems and training of operators. The works to be carried out under this call for tenders fall within the field of construction and mainly involve process and control mechanics, electricity, structure, building mechanics and architecture.
