Plumbing and Electrical at 214 Crestview Circle Approximate Project Start Date is expected to be 12/15/2022 The Contractor agrees to provide those parts described in the bid documents to the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government, on an as needed basis, for a period of one (1) year from the date the contract is executed or date the purchase order is issued. The successful vendor shall be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance, including Items I, II, III, V and VII with limits as shown in the table below, all for approval by the Lafayette Consolidated Government Risk Management Division.
