The Project generally involves procurement and installation of furnishings, décor, and equipment for a renovated theater building including: concessions food equipment, concessions point of sale system, ticketing point of sale and self-serve systems, custom signage for lobby and concessions, theaterseating, theater lighting, audio/visual/specialties equipment (projector, screen, speakers, theater curtain, acoustical baffles, etc.), furnishings for Office and Green Room, an incline wheelchair lift, and other miscellaneous items. Contract will be awarded as a single lump sum agreement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding procedures. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of the Owner. This is a federally assisted project. Bidders and Contractors performing work under this advertisement are bound by the requirements of Presidents Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Order 11375; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 109 of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968; the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; the Davis-Bacon Act; the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act; the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act; and Public Law 100 202. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids.
