Renovation of a fire / police facility in North Bergen, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
**As of November 17 ,2022, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget, no information for rebid.** Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of North Bergen, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. Bids for said contract must be based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specifications. Bidders must present a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to the award of the contract if it is not submitted with the bid. All bids must be stated in words and figures and proposals must be made on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by specifications. All Contracts will be on standard form contracts which are available for inspection in the Law Department. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities on bids and to reject any and all bids, if deemed in the best interest of the Township to do so.
