As of February 14, 2024, an architect has been selected and this project is in the final design phase. It is anticipated bidding will commence in near future, with construction following late June 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Sizer Foundation and Francis W. Parker Charter Essential School (hereafter collectively referred to as "The School") are seeking proposals for a public works construction project to be completed during the summer of 2023 at 49 Antietam St., Devens, MA. The project encompasses the renovation of the ramp, sidewalk, and retaining wall at the entrance of the building. The School is seeking proposals that include all areas identified in scope. Scope includes all aspects of design services, permitting, construction documents creation, bidding, construction support, and project closeout. Project to Commence mid-June 2023 and be complete by mid-August 2023.
