Site work, paving and renovation of a museum in Galt, California. Completed plans call for site work for a museum; for paving for a museum; and for the renovation of a 2,773-square-foot, one-story above grade museum.
As of July 20, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Contractor shall comply with Labor Code Section 1775. In accordance with said Section 1775, the Contractor shall forfeit, as a penalty to The Galt Area Historical Society, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each calendar day or portion thereof for each workman paid less than the stipulated prevailing rates for such work or craft in which such workman is employed for any work done under the contract by him or any Subcontractor under him. In addition to said penalty, the difference between such stipulated prevailing wage rates and the amount paid to each workman for each calendar day or portion thereof for which each workman was paid less than the stipulated prevailing wage rate shall be paid to each workman by the Contractor Galt Historical Society Mcfarland Living History Ranch Event Center
