Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Russell, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,535-square-foot medical facility.
Intent of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for the Design-Build contract for the BUILDING OF THE Community Cancer Care Centre (the Project) located at 426 Alexandria Avenue South in Russell, Manitoba to provide a new building gross area of approximately 2535 square feet for a Stipulated Price, in compliance with the Contract Documents. The total Design-Build Contract value (design, building and site work) for this project is two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), excluding GST. Proposals that exceed the total amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) may be rejected. Prairie Mountain Health reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest bidder at its discretion.
