No. 314 642 S East Street Mt. Carroll, IL 61053 SCOPE: Bids to be received for a single contractor for the project; any subcontractor work is the responsibility of the bidding contractor. Project to be completed no later than Friday, June 9, 2023 at the West Carroll District Office and Friday, July 28, 2023 at the West Carroll Middle School. PRE-BID SITE VISIT: All bidding contractors are required to make a site visit to survey existing conditions prior to bidding. Contractors must notify the Owner Representative prior to the site visit. WAGE RULES: All workers needed to perform contracted work will have criminal background checks on file and shall be paid prevailing wage for the location t hat work is to be performed, in accordance with state and federal laws. All workers must pro vide a copy of self-insurance and/or contractor insurance. RIGHTS RESERVED BY OWNER: The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action is in the best interest of the Owner.
