This contract includes but is not limited to the supply of all materials, labour, supervision, layout and equipment necessary to complete all Resilient Athletic Flooring for the New Addition to the Northern Carleton Recreation Centre building as per drawings, specifications. Contractor's Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation. The certified cheque shall be made out to the Municipality of the Town of Florenceville Bristol. For this project we will be accepting scanned versions of Bid Bonds. For these, we will be verifying their authenticity with the associated insurance broker or bonding company prior to award. Those companies who do not have bonding capability will be able to submit a scanned copy of an Irrevocable letter of Credit or certified cheque (actual cheque to be obtained prior to award). Plans, Specifications, Tender documents, and other information must be requested from both Jim Weston and Brent Hatchard by emailing cleeko@xplornet.ca and bhatchard@hatchard.ca. Only Contractors that formally request the Tender package from both cleeko@xplornet.ca and bhatchard@hatchard.ca are eligible to submit a Tender.
