Demolition and site work for a residential development in Monmouth, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The City of Monmouth will be conducting a sealed bid for demolition of two Mobile Homes at: 204 East 4th Avenue. Scope of work Demolition of two mobile homes and removal of concrete at 204 East 4th Avenue Follow demolition requirements. Requirements and limitations Awarded contractor must have a certificate of liability insurance and bond on file with City Hall, and the City of Monmouth must be listed as a lienholder. Awarded contractor must obtain permits once proof of all service utilities are retired and an I.E.P.A. start date is confirmed. Awarded contractor must ensure all containers and equipment do not interfere with passage of traffic and if demolition is not completed in first day a fence must be in place to control access to site. Awarded contractor must ensure sewer is capped off and water service in retired at the service corps in the street by a licensed plumber. All work must be inspected by licensed plumber and building inspectors. No work will be done on site from dusk till dawn. All salvage scrap must be hauled to scrap yard by a bonded and insured individual or company and by container, tandem, or flatbed truck. Upon completion of the project, the contractor must submit all tip fees/weight tickets_from a registered landfill for City review and approval before final payment.
