The PTAA is accepting SOQs from firms (or multiple firms comprising a project team) whose combination of experience and personnel will provide timely and effective construction management services to PTAA for this Project. Information related to this RFQ, including any addenda, will be posted to the Airport website, which can be found at website. Any and all inquiries and submission of information regarding this RFQ shall be sent in writing via email to: Mr. Alex Rosser, P.E. Chief Operating Officer rossera@gsoair.org Please include "PTI Airfield Equipment Storage Building CMR RFQ" in the email subject line for any inquiries or questions. It is the responsibility of each person or firm submitting questions or comments to verify receipt by PTAA. PTAA shall not be responsible for questions that are not submitted to or received by the Chief Operating Officer at the email address above. The name and address of the submitting Firm and Project title shall be placed on the outside of the package. All items required for a responsive SOQ shall be included. PTAA, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Historically Underutilized Businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award. PTAA reserves the right to accept or reject any submission, to reject all submissions and re-advertise, or to reject all submissions without further action, whatever the Authority deems to be in its best interest.
