Project has been cancelled , Due to a site failure of the Vendor Registry system during the bid submittal process, they are issuing a REBID to be fair to all parties. The Georgetown County Parks & Recreation Department, Parks Maintenance Division is soliciting sealed, public bids from qualified vendors to provide maintenance service and labor to the park athletic fields. The Georgetown County Parks & Recreation Department, Parks Maintenance Division is soliciting sealed, public bids from qualified vendors to provide maintenance service and labor to the park athletic fields listed in Section B, Item 2 (page 7-8). The parks, the specifications, and schedule are outlined within the bid document. The term of any resulting professional services agreement shall be for one (1) year from the effective date of the contract, with options for four (4) consecutive one (1) year periods for a maximum possible contract of up to five (5) years total.
