Renovation of an educational facility in Boone, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 96,121-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.
Appalachian State University is soliciting Bids for the Appalachian Heights Residence Hall Elevator Modernization Project. The work includes but is not limited to the full modernization of one four-stop hydraulic passenger elevator. Elevator work shall be modernized to limit the service interruption to the time starting May 15, 2023 and ending July 28, 2023.
