Parking Lot Sweeping and Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning Services for the Hayward DMV Field Office February 1, 2023, or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through January 31, 2026. On March 4, 2022, Governor Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order N-6-22 regarding Economic Sanctions against Russia and Russian entities and individuals. Economic Sanctions refers to sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to Russia s actions in Ukraine, as well as any sanctions imposed under state law. By submitting a bid, the bidder represents that it is not a target of Economic Sanctions. Should the State determine, at any time prior to the execution of a contract, that the bidder is a target of Economic Sanctions or is conducting prohibited transactions with sanctioned individuals or entities, that shall be grounds for rejection of the bidder s bid by the DMV.t The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. The awarded contractor shall not utilize trailer-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. Written questions regarding IFB are due by: 10/7/2022 12:00PM Written responses to IFB questions released by: 10/12/2022 5:00PM The DMV may reject any or all bids and may waive any immaterial deviation in a bid. The DMV's waiver of immaterial defect shall in no way modify the IFB document or excuse the bidder from full compliance with all requirements if awarded the contract.
