DCSD is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide elevator maintenance services within select buildings throughout DCSD in accordance with the scope of service specified. Qualified suppliers that meet all criteria will be considered. This RFP should not be misconstrued as a formal bid. There is absolutely no commitment to purchase or enter into a formal contract. Upon completion of our evaluation of your proposal, we may recommend that a formal contract be established. Please pay special attention to Section 11.0 Record Keeping/Quarterly Reports by Supplier. We are looking for a supplier that will be diligent in keeping records of inspections, maintenance, lubrication, repair, replacements and callback services. We are also requesting quarterly maintenance reports and an online service portal, which will allow our stakeholders to stay up to date on all elevator work throughout the district.
