Contractor is to supply labor, materials, equipment, notifications, insurance, disposal and related work to encapsulate and/or remove non-hazardous materials as described in abatement Specifications provided by CF Environmental, Inc. dated March 21, 2022, and included herein as part of the Scope of Work within the Contract Documents a. Environmental monitoring of the abatement procedures will be provided by the Owner Please Note Only Contractors that have received a Districts Letter prequalifying them as a Bidder will be invited to participate in Phase 2.
