Description of Project: The Blueprint to Prosperity Waterline Initiative is generally described as the construction of water main extensions together with all necessary appurtenances thereto within Trumbull County's Brace-ville Public Water System (PWS) to service SR82 from Braceville Robin-son Road to SR534, SR534 from SR82 north to the Southington Town-ship border, Leiby Osborne Road from Helsley Fusselman Road to War-ren Burton Road. Herner County Line Road from the Southington Estates Mobile Home Park to Phalanx Mills Road, Phalanx Mills Road from Herner County Line Road to SR305 and SR305 from Phalanx Mills Road to US Route 422. There will also be approximately 6 small diameter ex-tensions to service properties adjacent to the main water grid. Estimate length of water main extensions is 40,000 feet. Type of Services Required: Hydraulic analysis, design engineering, soil borings, calculation of opinion of probable cost, assistance with grant and loan preparation and submittals, attendance at public hearing, preparation of construction specifications and bid packages, construction manage-ment services, wetland delineation, historical and cultural resource survey, environmental site assessment with database review and screening with a potential phase 2 screening for petroleum contaminated soils and preparation of necessary easement documents. Trumbull County will pro-vide aerial mapping, however, additional surveying services will be re-quired.
