Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 10/03/2022 2:00 PM (PDT) The City is seeking qualified vendors to provide a historic resources assessment report for a residence located at 130 Sierra Vista Drive in Redlands, California as required by the Development Services Department: The City of Redlands has received an application to demolish a structure that is over 50 years of age and is requesting proposals to provide a historic resources assessment and consulting services for the property located at 130 Sierra Vista Drive in Redlands, California. The selected consultant must visit the site, review all available information and documentation such as ownership history, building permits, Sanborn maps, news articles, aerial and historical photographs, and other resources available to determine potential historical significance. Additionally, an evaluation of the property's eligibility for the National, California and local registers shall be provided. The selected consultant will prepare a written report documenting their findings per the requirements of the City of Redlands Development Services Department Planning Division and generate Department of Parks and Recreation Forms (DPR 523 forms) for the property. Attendance at up to three public hearings may be required as well as up to three meetings with City staff and the applicant. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
