DBE: 5% Project Development Services HMA Overlay Preventive Maintenance and Bridge Deck Overlay on US 421 in Pulaski and Starke Counties The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. These services will include: Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Roadway and Bridge Design, Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking), and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services.
