Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit is currently soliciting bid proposals for replacement of carpet flooring in Division 1 on the 10th Floor of the Civil Court Building and Offices 266 and 530 on the 2nd and 5th Floor of the Carnahan Courthouse. Click on General Information, Then Request for Proposals. The work will include the removal and disposal of existing carpet in the offices and installation of new carpet. The Contractor will remove and replace seats, desks and any furniture required to install new carpet. The Court will be responsible for the removal of computer equipment. Contractor to inspect location and verify actual quantities of carpet modules required. No Contractor will be allowed additional compensation for items for which he has failed to inform himselfprior to submitting his proposal. Sand floor as required to remove old adhesive. Prepare the floor to receive new carpet, remove old glue and loose patching. Depressions and cracks must be filled with a liquid latex additive patching compound compatible with flooring material and all protrusions leveled. New carpet must be worked around any floor boxes. Provide an additional two (2) cartons, unopened, ofmodules (48 sq. ft./carton) from the same dye lot to use as spares.
