The Project consists of: Concrete repairs to existing Precast Concrete Modular Addition Structures; including but not limited to window sealants replacements, patching of delaminated and spalled con-crete, crack repair, and painting and coating of the precast concrete elevations. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by DCAMM pursuant to M.G.L.c. 149 Section 44D. The General Bidder must be certified eligible in the DCAMM Prime/General category of WATERPROOFING. Filed sub-bidders must be certified by DCAMM pursuant to M.G.L.c. 149 Section 44D. The Filed sub-Bidder must be certified eligible in the DCAMM Filed Sub-Bid category of PAINTING. General bids and Filed sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (con-sidering all alternates) and made payable to the Somerville Housing Authority.
