Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Endwell, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed project will replace the existing sub-surface pump station, which will be decommissioned and abandoned in place. The project will include new electrical components, pumps and pump controls and discharge pipeline components in a duplex submersible pump station which is beyond its effective useful life. In addition, a new 35KW emergency generator and relocated pump controls and remote monitoring system will be constructed on an elevated platform to provide floodproofing. Other station improvements will include a new safety grate and concrete cover for the pump chamber, epoxy resurfacing of the concrete pump station interior, new system check valves, asphalt pavement replacement, drainage improvements and site restoration.
