For Center Railing Replacement for Three Rivers Park District Pedestrian Bridge Over TH 212 For the furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for the following: Remove Center Railing 1 each Center Railing 1 each Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a bid bond naming the City of Eden Prairie as oblige, Surety 2000 or certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of Eden Prairie or a cash deposit in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids will be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening bids. Payment for the work will be by cash or check. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract(s) to the best interests of the City. By Order of the City Council Completion Date: May 15, 2023
