Feedwater Tank System The entirety of the "Work" as described by these documents is fundamentally divided into two portions. 1. One, to be provided by the Vendor - the seller or offerer of materials, equipment, and/or provision of field services to fulfill the Vendor's obligations. a. The portion of the Work to be provided by the Vendor may be limited to provision of materials, equipment, and/or field services only (Part-1 and Part2 of included Specification Specifications). 2. And two, the portion of the Work described as the actual installation and/or construction. a. The portion of the Work identified as construction and/or installation may or may not be identified to be performed by Vendor. Please review Scope of Work to be performed by Vendor and included documents carefully. 1.3 Unless otherwise indicated, the individual functioning as the Project Administrator for this project is the Maintenance Regional Manager, per TDCJ Maintenance Construction policy.
