Trust Project S167 Osage Emigh Project W183 Osage Work on this project includes removing and disposing of the flowlines, gravel, concrete, debris, and tanks, excavating and dispersing hydrocarbons within a land farm cell, closing tank dikes, dispersing weathered hydrocarbons, constructing a pond and rock drop structure, grading the designated areas, applying amendments, and planting seed. The OERB is no longer sending hard copies of the scopes-of-work or bid forms. Once registered, contractors will be able to view this documentation. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form included in the Bid Documents and in strict compliance with instructions on the form. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. If the bid exceeds $50,000.00, a cashiers check, a certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. A contract must be executed within twenty (20) days following the award to the successful bidder.
