The City also reserves the right not to enter into any contract as a result of this bid invitation. It is the intent and purpose of this contract on which bids are sought to assure a competitive bid price on the most efficient and reliable equipment that meets specifications. Bidders shall completely fill out and sign the terms and conditions, parts and service agreement and bid tabulation sheets. Bidders are invited to be present at the time of the opening of bids.
