Renovation of a transportation facility in Staunton, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission (CSPDC) hereby gives public notice that it is requesting proposals from interested and qualified architectural and engineering firms to develop designs for the Lewis Street Transit Hub Renovation Project. CSPDC requests proposals from qualified firms to produce detailed designs, construction drawings, specification and contract documents, and to obtain the necessary regulatory approvals for the rehabilitation of the transit hub. Services requested also include construction contract administration and construction management. In compliance with the Brooks Act, CSPDC plans to select the most qualified firm's proposal for the purpose of negotiating a final contract to implement the work. The CSPDC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages DBE and SWaM firms to submit proposals for this work. The qualified firm selected will be responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to this work. The CSPDC reserves the right to determine the most qualified contractor; to waive irregularities, and to reject any or all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
