This Request for Quotations issued by the Town of Coaldale is an invitation for qualified Swimming Pool Contractors to submit quotations for the replacement of the pool liner (PVC Membrane) and new waterslide (supply and installation of both) at the Town’s outdoor Swimming Pool. Phase 1: Design and Planning Prior to proceeding to Phase 2: Construction Implementation, the successful Proponent shall be responsible to design and prepare a plan of renovations in accordance with the relevant codes and regulations while meeting the project objectives and budget. Work plans must be submitted to the Town for review and comment and shall include the following minimum scope items: Review of basin and surrounding site infrastructure; Review of available Town record information; A detailed work plan and design including drawings and specifications: Proposed solution(s) renovations; Summary of proposed products; and, Site restoration requirements and recommendations to accommodate the proposed upgrades while mitigating additional spending. Refinement of estimated costs including a summary of any excluded work/costs; and, List of required permits and or relevant regulations, if applicable. Phase 2: Construction and Implementation Pending acceptance of the Phase 1: Design and Planning work, by both the Town and successful Proponent, the project will proceed to construction and implementation. This will include, but is not limited to, the following scope items: Mobilization and demobilization; Site safety and safeguards; Obtain any necessary permits and/or approvals; Demolition and removals to accommodate the work; Supply of shop drawings and product submittals to the Town for review and comment; Construct renovations in accordance with Phase 1: Design and Planning; Site clean-up and disposal of waste materials; and Supply of record drawings and/ mark-ups summarizing the as-built work;
