This solicitation is subject to Annex 502.4 of the Agreement on Internal Trade. (AIT). The tender must be accompanied by a certified check or a tender bond corresponding to an amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000) for each of the sectors tendered (total of four (4) sectors), namely the Crown East, Couronne Ouest, Centre-ville Est and Centre-ville Ouest, issued to the order of the OMHQ, valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of tenders and made payable to or in favor of the OMHQ. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender, and must ensure that they hold the required licenses and permits. The Office municipal d'habitation de Québec and the Société municipal d'habitation Champlain do not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
