These public works services shall be performed at the following Caltrans District 10 Maintenance Stations (MS) locations within San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Merced Counties. Caltrans Contract Manager will contact Contractor via email when the public works required under this Agreement are required at the specific locations listed in this Agreement. A. Patterson MS located at 2060 Sperry Road, Patterson, CA 95363 B. Los Banos MS located at 1359 East Pacheco Boulevard, Los Banos, CA 95635 C. Lodi MS located at 845 Pine Street, Lodi, CA 95240 D. Stockton Shop 10 Located at 1603 South B Street, Stockton CA 95205 E. Stockton MS located at 1604 South B Street, Stockton, CA 95205 F. Stockton Structural Steel located at 3326 Lance Drive, Stockton, CA 95206 G. Stockton Landscape Yard located at 312 Lincoln Street, Stockton, CA 95203 H. Modesto Electric Yard located at 601 Crows Landing Road, Modesto, CA 95351 I. Modesto MS located at 908 North Emerald Avenue, Modesto, CA 95351 J. Tracy MS located at 2005 Krohn Road, Tracy, CA 95376 K. Merced MS located at 1801 Motel Drive, Merced, CA 95340 The designated contact person for this IFB is: Rommel Disuanco California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Email address: Rommel.Disuanco@dot.ca.gov Phone: (279)-234-2403 This Agreement will commence on December 30, 2022 (estimate) or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on December 29, 2025 (estimate). The services shall be provided during the working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except State holidays. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law.
