Modesto Electric Yard located at 601 Crows Landing Road, Modesto, CA 95351 I. Modesto MS located at 908 North Emerald Avenue, Modesto, CA 95351 J. Phone: (279)-234-2403 This Agreement will commence on December 30, 2022 (estimate) or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on December 29, 2025 (estimate). The services shall be provided during the working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except State holidays. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law.
