The Town of West Springfield is seeking sealed bids from qualified general contractors for 429 Morgan Road Elevator (IFB #23-0011). Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. 040001 - Unit Masonry 142100 – Electric Traction Elevators 230000 - Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning 260000 - Electrical Questions Due Monday, October 17, 2022 by 4:00 PM Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a licensed surety company, or a Certified check, or a Treasurer's or Cashier's check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid payable to the Town of West Springfield. A Payment bond and a Performance bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price will be required of the Successful Bidder. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish workmen's compensation insurance and public liability insurance.
