A bid guarantee made out to the order of the Village of Le Goulet, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, The provisions of the Crown Construction Contracts Act 82-109 apply to this tender and contract procedures. Neither the lowest nor any of the tenders will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the village could cancel this call for tenders. Submissions must be drawn up on the forms provided by the Consultant accompanied by all the documents required in the tender specifications.
