The City of Dallas (City), through the Office of Economic Development, Department of Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization, Planning and Urban Design Department, and Development Services Department, and in partnership with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), is soliciting developers to create transit-oriented development (TOD) proposals for DART-owned properties adjacent to DART light rail stations located in Dallas, Texas.
