Fall 2022 Street Resurfacing The Town of Harrisburg will accept bids for the following projects: Resurfacing of various Town streets with S9.5C surface course asphalt. 1. Approximately 28,808 SY of 1.5" milling 2. Approximately 40,290 SY of 1.5" S9.5C resurfacing 3. Approximately 100 TONS of incidental patching and associated milling 4. Reinstall approximately 470 LF of embedded loop detectors 5. Restriping approximately 4,830 LF of 4" wide, 90 mil thermoplastic pavement marking lines 6. Restriping 53 EA stop bars, 90 mil thermoplastic pavement marking 7. Restriping 15 EA crosswalk keys, 90 mil thermoplastic pavement marking 8. Repainting 2 EA electric vehicle parking spots 9. Restriping 5 EA 90 mil thermoplastic pavement marking symbols All work is to be completed by April 30, 2023 The Town of Harrisburg reserves the right to add or delete from the contract quantities. Please see instructions to bidders for more information. The terms Engineer and Owner are used interchangeably in this document. The party submitting a bid is solely responsible for delivery of the bid at the specified location prior to the deadline for receipt of bids.
