Demolition and site work for a residential development in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The City of Okmulgee will receive sealed bids for Demolition and Clearance of Structures, Concrete Removal, Sewer Plugs, Asbestos Inspections and Removal, Debris Removal and Final Grading of properties AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS within the corporate limits of the City of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, referred to as Demolition and Site Clearance The project will be awarded to the lowest and best qualified Bidder. slab removal; fence row(s) removal when specified; tree(s) removal when specified; fill/top soil placement; hay bale barriers(s); dust control; and other related activities. Demolition and removal of: structures, footings, debris, brickbat and concrete; lot cleanup; grading, final grading; sewer seal(s), performance of asbestos inspections, file NESHAP Reports and Test Reports where required, and properly dispose of asbestos shingles etc.; All bidders will be required to submit a Bidder's Qualifications form and Equipment List conforming to those included in the Contract Documents. All bids shall be accompanied with a certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the City of Okmulgee, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder, or an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for statutory bonds as required. The Contractor must insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, or handicapped status. The City of Okmulgee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
