The City of Charleston Parks and Recreation Departments is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of security cameras surveillance systems located on the interior and exterior of the Kanawha city Community Center. The following should be an outline of service components and installation requirements. The completed project should be turn-key including all vendor provided equipment and installation materials, and fully operable at the project completion per the bid. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the purpose of discussing and clarifying the project drawing and specification while performing a walk-through will be held at Kanawha City Community Center at 3511 Venable Ave, Charleston, WV 25304 at 10.30am Thursday October 6, 2022. This project shall consist of installing an interior and exterior security camera system for the Kanawha City Community Center facility. This work shall include the furnishing of all material, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete and protect all phases of the work performed as shown upon the attached details and in accordance with these specifications. Provider is to furnish and install a complete interior and exterior security cameras at the Kanawha City Community Center facility equal to the following specifications : This work must consist of providing and installing interior and exterior security cameras at the Kanawha City Community Center facility. 1.1 Camera Equipment for the Community Center shall consist of (Interior and Exterior) Provide Qty. 1 Seneca Server - (24) TB Provide Qty. 1 Pelco VX Software Provide Qty. 6 Interior 4MP Dome Cameras with mounts Provide Qty. 2 5MP Interior 360 Degree fisheye cameras Provide Qty. 13 4MP Fix Dome Outdoor Camera (complete with outdoor wall mount and pendant) Provide Qty. 21 VXP-1C Pelco Camera License Cisco SG250-26P-K9 26 port POE+ Switch CAT5E Cable to complete installation of (21) Pelco Cameras Materials and Labor for Installation of (21) Cameras 3 Year Warranty with Owner Support to include: Onsite review of equipment malfunctions within 48 hours of reported issue Provide recommendations and solutions to identified issues Provide phone call support regarding reported issues Owner Training to include: One day to train at least one staff member on how to access historical footage, all features, and the use of the entire camera system. 1.2 The project will consist of the following installation requirements: Installing all cameras and mounts, running all electrical wires to all cameras and equipment necessary, programming all cameras and equipment, and testing of the entire system.
