Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a recreation facility in Johnson City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility.
BLANCO COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS EXHIBIT HALL AND CONCESSIONS New Exhibit Hall and Concession Building. The Work consists of construction of new two-story building and interior renovations to the existing historic jail building and site development and installation of new materials and equipment to provide interior and exterior enhancements to the facility. The Work includes but not limited to new metal buildings, exterior metal siding/masonry stone, metal roofing, interior material features, painting, millwork, walls, power/lighting/plumbing and mechanical systems and site upgrades for accessibility. A period time for vetting the bids and ranking will be completed on or before Monday, October 31, 2022, at which time a recommendation to the Commissioners Court will be made and all bidders notified of bid rankings. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days or until the project is awarded.
