*SB/DVBE ONLY* IFPQ Trash Collection, Hauling, and Disposal Services in Alameda County The purpose of this Agreement is set forth the terms and conditions under which Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, trash, equipment, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees, and taxes, necessary to provide trash collection, hauling, and disposal services as described herein. In the opinion of Caltrans, this IFPQ is complete and without need of explanation; however, if you have questions, or should you need any clarifying information, the contact person for this IFPQ is: Michelle Garcia California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Email Address: michelle.garcia@dot.ca.gov Phone: (279) 234-2470 This Agreement will commence on November 15, 2022 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on November 14, 2025 (estimate). Except in emergencies, the services shall be provided during normal working hours, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. On occasion, Contractor may be required to provide services outside of normal business hours, including on weekends and holidays, to complete emergency services, as determined in the sole discretion of Caltrans Contract Manager or designee.
