Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wheaton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For 2023 Roofing Removal and Replacement Project Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash, an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be payable to the Board of Education Community Unit School District 200. All Bids shall be delivered to the same address. Bid opening will be immediately following at the same address. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of Community Unit School District 200. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. Addenda (last Addenda anticipated Tuesday, October 18, 2022. Submit all questions no later than 10:00am. Submit all questions in writing to Paul Pessetti, Legat Architects; ppessetti@legat.com.
