72141107 This work includes the acquisition of materials and completion of all activities associated with repairing steel members as indicated in the Contract Documents. Activities shall be completed in accordance with all City and PennDOT ordnances and regulations. Refer to PennDOT Pub 408, version 2020 for standard item provisions. Contractor shall complete steel repairs to the Swindell Bridge in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and sealed by STV on behalf of City of Pittsburgh. Contractor must have experience completing the proposed type of work and be able to acquire all materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the work. Steel repairs are related to, but not limited to, truss stringers and floorbeams. This project is subject to PA State Prevailing Wage requirements. Current wage rates are attached in file "PA-PrevailingWageRates" for reference. Wage rates are subject to change by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
