Only Proponents who possess the following qualifications will be considered: achieved at least 1 of the following safety requirements: COR(TM) Certified status with the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA); or ISO 45001 certification; or Out-of-Province COR(TM) Reciprocity (for bidding purposes only) through IHSA. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question deadline extended from 10/25/2022 to 11/08/2022.
