Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Yoder, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project will consist of rebuilding a bird farm pen at the Downar Bird Farm in Yoder, WY. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. MDT on October 14, 2022, will not be addressed. The pen side will be constructed so that the posts will be set in the same approximate location to align with the posts of the adjoining pen. The post spacing could change in order to achieve this alignment. All perimeter posts will be 6-inch diameter, 12-foot-long treated posts set to a height of 7 feet 6 inches. A 6-inch diameter, 12-foot-long treated brace post will be installed on every other perimeter post. Brace posts will be set on an angle 3 to 4 feet deep and attached with eight-inch construction screws approximately one foot below the top of perimeter posts. The contractor will work with WGFD personnel for specific layout. Two rows of 1 inch by 12 inch treated rough cut baseboards will be installed on the perimeter posts. These boards will be placed at ground level and attached to posts with three 10d nails. Stakes 3 feet long made from 2x4 lumber will be driven tight against the baseboards 3 to 4 inches below the top baseboard between posts and secured with two 16d nails per board between all perimeter posts.
